Stop the habit of negative judgment.

Judging moves your attention to low energy outcomes.

Each time you judge you are looking for the negative instead of looking for the positive. Looking for the negative will be a sure way to find the negative. Over time, you will beat yourself to the ground.

Look at the positive side of things. Practice seeing the good in people or situations you encounter. By changing your perspective on a consistent basis, you will find what some people see as luck. You can see the good in your life, feel good and attract high energy results into your experience.

Just Let Go

Let go your judging.

Let go your ego.

Let go your fears.

You are limitless without fear and worry.

Follow your heart in all you do.

Listen to your inner guide. Be quiet. Be still. Take frequent breaks. Those whispers will become roars. As you let go of your judgment and embrace your fears, you become attuned to your guide.

Your guide could never be a better one. Only it knows the best of you. It is perfect. You cannot beat it. But you can choose to ignore the instructions. Do not ignore your heart, or you will suffer. Listen to your heart, and you will feel great.

Listen and act because what you receive is useless unless you use it.

Act on silent instruction immediately. Start a new project, or write your next blog post, or churn out inspirational quotes, and detach. Let go entirely.

Hear that loud instruction? “meh, I’ll do it later, I’m a little tired.”
WRONG VOICE, Let it go!

Sorry fellas, I felt this fit too well.

The fun starts when you let go and follow your heart. You will feel inspired, light and confident when acting from the heart and letting go. Be an inspiration. Uplift others. Set an example to follow your heart, to listen to your divine center, and you will never go wrong.

All struggle is rooted to ignoring your heart,

&

All success is rooted to following your heart.

So,

Why strain and strive when your perfect guide awaits you?

Embrace your fears & appreciate your fear but learn to let it go. Learning how to let go of fear will introduce you to a life of freedom and a life with no boundaries. You cannot leap forward by holding on to low energy ideas (Fears). These ideas are lies.. The…

Being the person you want to be, can happen now. Thinking can block that idea. Thinking can be a blessing when used constructively or a curse when used destructively. Imagine electricity. Man, this was just what I needed to hear today! You are so right, when you let go of all your fear and judgments, that’s when life truly begins.

Ahh to be free of judgement… your information made me aware of just how much I actually do judge myself, especially in a negative manner. I can see that it does me no good, and is definitely not helpful to those around me.
Do you have exercises that can help me learn about my guide? I know I have a guide, but I have not learned how to access her.
Sometimes it feels like following my heart does not coincide with my family members, so it gets put aside. Do you have suggestions on how to prioritize this?

Its true. Following your heart doesn’t always coincide with your family… This is why it’s important that you make it clear for what your heart is following. Family should come first but family should understand what it takes for you to reach your goals.

I wish I could unlock everyones inner guide. To be honest, im only beginning to understand how to harness my own inner guide. I think this is accomplished each in our own ways.

    Hi Damien,

“Judging moves your attention to low energy outcomes.” I love this, and is something I am becoming more and more aware of everyday. Having a greater consciousness of my thoughts, catching them and reversing them before they manifest out of control.

Being aware of the sub conscious mind and the role it plays is also something that I’m trying to become more in tune with, and acting on, as you say, those silent instructions. The mind is such a powerful tool that is so often wasted, and what an injustice it would be to ourselves, if we didn’t at least try to get the most out of it.

    Thank you for posting,
    Adam.
